叶绿酸对某些致癌物和复合物的抗转化活性研究
Antitransforming Activity of Chlorophyllin Against Selected Carcinogens and Complex Mixtures
【摘要】 叶绿酸对由甲基硝基亚硝基胍、三甲基苯蒽、苯并a芘、黄曲霉毒素B1以及煤尘抽提物、含烟和嚼烟提取物诱发的BALB/3T3细胞形态学转化具有抑制作用,但作用强度不同。叶绿酸是一种抗氧化剂,可使氧化基因失活或与一些活性基因反应,其抗转化作用可能与此有关。
【Abstract】 Chlorophyllin was found to inhibit morphological transformation induced by N-methyl-N’-nitro N-nitrosogunidine, 3-methylchoianthrene, 7, 12-dimethylbenzo [a]anthrene, benzo [a]pyrene, aflatoxin B1 and extracts of coal dust, tobacco smuff and chewing tobacco. the inhibition of transforming ectivity by chllorophyllin veried from compound to compound. This wes probably due to the different chemical structures,different biological activities and different concentrations of test compounds. Chlorophyllin is an antioxident and may inactivate oxygen radicals. In addition to the scavenging of radicals, interaction with the active groups of mutagenic compounds may be responsible for its antitransforming activity.
