【Abstract】 A one-dimensional k-component Fibonacci structure, which includes k incommensurate intervals, is the natural extension of the Fibonacci structure with two intervals. The projection method is applied to deal with the pattern and indexing problems of X-ray diffraction. The theoretical simulation is performed to prove the projection method for this extended Fibonacci structures. The diffraction spectrum will lead to chaos for a finite chain provided that k is sufficiently large.更多还原
