MC碳化物相德拜特征温度的测定与计算
Determination and Calculation of Debye Characteristic Temperature of MC Carbide
【摘要】 本文从X射线衍射强度测定了高速钢中MC碳化物相的德拜特征温度(θDE),并从理论上提出直接计算合金相的德拜特征温度(θDT)的模型θDT=sum from i=1 to n Ci(θD)i式中n:合金相中的组元数,Ci:第i组元的原子百分含量,(θD)i:第i组元的德拜特征温度。从实验上得出,本文提出的模型是合理的。
【Abstract】 The Debye characteristic temperature of MC carbide in high speed steel (θDE) has been determined from X-ray diffraction intensities and a theoretical model for calculating the Debye characteristic temperatture of an alloy phase(θDT) is proposed where n is component number in the alloy phase, C1 the atom percent of the ith component, (θD)1 the Debye characteristic temperature of the ith component. It is shown from the results that the model proposed in this paper is reasonable.
