振动压路机跳振过程的数字仿真与机械和振动参数选取方法的研究
Numerical Simulation of the Condition of Jump of the Roller and Choice of Compactor’s Mechanical and Vibrational Parameters
【摘要】 本文对压路机跳振过程进行了数字仿真,通过大量的数值计算,得到了碾轮跳振频率、振幅、冲击速度和冲击能量系数在机械、振动参数平面上的等值线图,它们可作为选择、优化压路机的机械、振动设计参数的工具或预估压路机性能的参考依据。
【Abstract】 Authors have conducted a numerical simulation of the condition of jump of the roller.Through a lot of numerical calculations the frequency,amplitude,impulse velocity and the isogram of imputse energy coefficient on the vibrational parameter plane in the condition of jump of the roller are obtained which can be the means for choosing and optimizng the roller structure pa- rameters and the vibration-design parameters,and serve as the reference base for predicting the roller’s performance.
