振动流化床中流体力学的研究
A STUDY ON THE FLUID MECHANICS OF VIBRO-FLUIDIZED BED
【摘要】 在振动流化床冷模试验装置上,以陶瓷球、柠檬酸、尼龙1010、聚氧化乙烯等为试料,研究了一定振幅和较低开孔率下振动频率、床层高度、气速等参数对振动流化床床层压力降的影响,得出了振动使床层最小流化压力降降低的程度。还考察了振动对难以流化物料的流化性能的影响。
【Abstract】 The effects of vibro-frequency .height of bed and gas velocity of the pressure drop through the bed are studied experimentally in a model vibro-fluidized bed equipment with small crernic spheres,Citric acid ,Nylon-10 I 0 etc. as the sample materials. The degree of the pressure drop reduction by vibration at the minimum fluidization is determined and the im-fluence of vibration on the fluidization of the materials difficult to fluidized is examined.
