不同衬底上C60膜的拉曼光谱

【摘要】 将C60膜镀在Cu、Ni、Si、Ag、石英玻璃、KBr品体等不同衬底上,用U-1000拉曼光谱仪研究了它们的拉曼光谱退偏比和表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS),观察到C60拉曼光谱谱带的相对强度和退偏比与衬底有密切的关系,SERS光谱中除具有常规拉曼光谱的谱带外,还出现若干新谱带。用C60与固体表面相互作用的观点解释了这些实验结果。

【Abstract】 The fullerene-C60 film coated on surface of Ni, Si, Cu, Ag, KBr and guartz plate and adsorbed on surface of Ag film were studied by Raman spectroscopy and surface-enhanced Raman spetroscopy (SERS). The diffferent changes of relative intensity and depolarization ratio (p = I/I) of Raman bands of C60 films on different substrates were observed. Some new Raman bands were also observed in SERS spetrum of C60 These results could be explained by the interactions between C60 and surface of substrates. The results suggested that the spherical fullerene C60 molecule with Ih symmetry could be used as a probe to investigate the adsorbate-surface interactions.
