单酰胺基四苯基卟啉的合成及其光敏性质的研究
SYNTHESES AND PROPERTIES OF PHOTOSENSITIZATION OF 5-(4-ARYLAMINOACYLPHENYL)-10, 15, 20-TRIPHENYLPORPHINES
【摘要】 本文合成5-(4-苯胺酰基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉,5-[4-(4′-联苯胺酰基)苯基]-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉和5-[4-(1-萘胺酰基)苯基]-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉,并用红外光谱、紫外吸收光谱、核磁共振谱和元素分析对结构进行表征。将这些化合物和四苯基卟啉用作光敏剂、氧化DDD的速率常数表明:四苯基卟啉环上单取代石体系对光敏氧化DDD的速率育一定的影响,而且含有较大π体系的卟啉光敏产生单线态氧的效率较高。
【Abstract】 5-(4-Benzaminoacylpenyl)-10, 15, 20 triphenylporphine, 5-[4-(4’ diphenylaminoacyl) phenyl] 10,15,20 triphenylporphine and 5-[-4-(1 naphthaminoacyl) phenyl] 10, 15, 20 triphenylporphine were synthesed and characterized by IR, UV, NMR, EA. The efficiencies of singlet oxygen (1O2) were measured for 5-(4-arylaminoacylpenyl)-10, 15, 20 triphenylporphine and tetraphenylporphine (TPP)by photosensitized oxidation of DDD(2, 3 Dihdro-5, 6-diphenyl 4-dioxin). The result shown that the efficiency of singlet oxygen is high for the porphyrin which have large π conjugate system derived from tetraphenylporphine.
