Two Communities Developing Control Planning at the South Bank of Pearl River Guangzhou City
【摘要】 本文通过对广州芳村珠江桥南1、2号小区的控制性详细规划的实践,分析、探讨了在当前形势下城市房地产开发规划中的一些主要问题,并提出了编制开发性规划的一些具体办法和概念。
【Abstract】 According to the practice of the two communities developing control planning,the authors have analysed and discussed some issues on real estate developing control planning under today’s circumstances,meanwhile they have brought up some principles and concepts to adopt this kind of planning
