BaO-CaO-B2O3-TiO2系玻璃的性质与结构研究
Some Properties and Structural Studies of the Glasses in the System of BaO-CaO-B2O3-TiO2
【摘要】 本工作研究了27BaO·5CaO·(64-x)B2O3·xTiO2·1La2O3·3ZrO2玻璃的一些物理性质、红外吸收和拉曼光谱.随 TiO2含量增加,玻璃的密度、折射率、转变温度、软化温度和热膨胀系数也随之增加.讨论了(BO4)、(BO3)、(TiO4)和(TiO6)结构基团随玻璃成分变化的情况.在较高 TiO2含量下(>30mol%),玻璃结构中以(TiO2)四面体、(TiO6)八面体和(BO3)硼酸盐基团为主.钛离子既起网络形成体作用,又处于网络调整位.红外吸收光谱上位于950cm-1处的振动峰可认为与(TiO4)基团相关.
【Abstract】 Some physical properties,infrared and Raman spectra were measured for the glasses withthe compositions(mol%):27BaO 5CaO (64-x)B2O3 xTiO2 1La2O3 3ZrO2(x=0~62).Increasing the TiO2 content,it then increases the refractive index,density,transformation tem-perature,softening temperature,coefficient of thermal expansion of the glasses.The variationsof (SO4),(BO3),(TiO4) and (TiO6) structural units are discussed in relation to glass composi-tions.With higher TiO2 contents(more than 30 mol%),(TiO4) tetrahedra,(TiO6) octahedraand (BO3) borate groupings are dominant in the glass structure.Titanium ions act both asnetwork formers and network modifiers.The infrared absorption peak at 950 cm-1 associatedwith (TiO4) tetrahedra was identified in the glasses.
