涂料对薄壁耐热钢离心铸管表面气孔的影响
Blow Holes Caused by Coating Mixture in Centrifugally Cast Thin-Wall Heat-Resistant Steel Tube
【摘要】 研究耐火骨料焙烧处理、涂料烘干工艺、粘结剂种类和加入量对离心铸造薄壁耐热钢管铸型涂料发气性的影响,提出防止铸件表面气孔的措施,确定合理的材料焙烧工艺和涂料烘干工艺。试验表明,只要涂料发气量小于5ml/g,铸管不会产生表面气孔。
【Abstract】 The effects of baking refractory filler, the drying process of coating and the kinds and amount of bond on the amount of gas evolution from the coating mixture used in centrifugally casting thin wall heat-resistant steel tube have been researched. The measures were put forward to prevent surface blowholes on steel tubes. Baking process of coating materials and drying process of coating were formulated. The test shows that no surface blowhole formed when the amount of gas evolution was less than 5ml/g.
