【Abstract】 In this paper we analyse the condition of strength evaluation and reliability analysis of loader steel structure with SAP5P program, discuss the probably existing problems in calculation and introduce a practical method for setting up mechanical model, chosing and dividing up elements, trcating the result data, determining stress distribution function and strength distribution function.
