电炉炼钢优化配料通用程序的研制

【摘要】 本文介绍了电炉炼钢优化配料通用程序的开发与应用。用微机实现优化配料,是在保证钢水元素成分与性能的情况下使得金属炉料的成本最低。文中给出了数学模型、程序框图、配料在实际生产中的使用情况和经济效益分析。该项技术在上海重型机器厂多钢种上应用,可使成本降低3~5%,有显著经济效益:该厂1990年电炉钢产量为3.47万吨,每年可节约93.97万元。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the development and application of the general programs on optimum burden for electric are furnace steelmaking. The cost of the electric furnace burden might be the lowest under the conditions in which the microcomputer is used to obtain the optimum burden ensuring elemental composition and characteristics of the molten steel. The article presents the mathematical models, program chart and practical use of the burden during the production process and its economic results analysis.This technique has been used at many grades of steel in Shanghai Heavy Machinery Plant, and the cost has been cut down by 3—5%.
