多晶硅太阳电池组件及封装材料的研究
POLYCRYSTALLINE SILICON SOLAR CELL MODULE AND ENCAPSULATION MATERIAL
【摘要】 对太阳电池封装材料EVA、PVF膜等进行了研究。报道了多晶硅太阳电池组件的性能和老化试验结果。封装后太阳电池转换效率的平均增益可达13%。研制成的多晶硅太阳电池组件的平均效率为9.5%,最高达10.9%。
【Abstract】 Research is carried out for encapsulation material of solar cell modules such as EVA material and PVF films. The characteristics of polycrystalline silicon solar cell module are described. Experimental test for life time of the modules is performed. The efficiency of polysilicon solar cell can be increased by about 13% after encapsulation. The average efficiency for encapsulated polysilicon solar cell in the module is 9.5%, the highest efficiency is 10.9%.
