【Abstract】 The kinematic indexes of 219 football players of the national first division and physiological indexes of 112 football players in laboratory were made in this paper. The results showed that both the aerobic capacity and anaerbic capacity of the Chinese elite football players of the national first division were in the lower level and appeared the tendancy of decreasing. The difference of 12-minute running and maximum oxygen absorption at plateau and plain was determined for the purpose of making reference in training.更多还原
