三传感器测量圆柱度误差的理论新探讨
A New Research on Measuring Cylindricity with 3-transducer
【摘要】 本文首次采用误差分离与补偿相结合的技术,提出了用三传感器测量圆柱度误差的新计算理论,克服了传统方法丢失零阶和一阶谐波而引起较大失真的缺点。理论分析和实验结果表明:本法能准确地反映圆柱形工件的锥度变化和各测量横截面之间的轴向偏移,从而有效地提高了测量准确度。
【Abstract】 By means of error separation and compensation techniques,a new calculating theory of measuring cylindricity error with a-transducer is pr- oposed in this paper,and the disadvantages of losing zero-order and first order harmonic in the old measuring way are avoided.Both theoretical ana- lyses and experimental results show that the taper and axial deviation of the workpiece are accurately measured,and thus the measuring accuracy can be improved efficiently.
