【Abstract】 Arrcording to the characters of urban basin, this paper offersthe methods of calculating runoff coefficient ψand slope concentration time τ, with the help of urbanization index β,and stablishes two types of the formulas which are suitable to calculating the flood peak flow of urban basin, that is, general formula and simple formula.
