【摘要】 将自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)置于特制的薰箱内,并将经验方野菊花薰剂放入前述薰箱中加温39.5℃～41.0℃60分钟,然后将大鼠取出测其血压。结果证明,在上述条件下,复方野菊花薰剂有显著降压效应,而对正常大鼠血压无明显影响。稳性毒性实验表明,该复方是安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Spontaneous hypertensive rats (SHR) were put in a special box containing fumigant of chrysanthemum indicum L. Co. Heat the box so that the temperature in it could be kept at 39.5℃～41.0℃ for 60 minutes. Then take out the rats and meassure their blood pressure. The result showed that the drug had significant hypertensive effect on SHR but had no response to the normal rats. In addition, its safety was also proved by the acute toxic experiment.更多还原
