【摘要】 应用不灌洗低温保存的方法进行了7例狗的甲状腺—甲状旁腺保存,并进行了17例狗的甲状腺—甲状旁腺自体移值。结果表明:甲状腺—甲状旁腺细胞在保存96小时后出现缺氧损伤的不可逆改变。保存48小时甲状腺—甲状旁腺移植后具有良好的功能。本研究说明不灌洗低温保存方法是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Here reports a new method of organ preservation and transplantation. Thyroids-parathyoids from 7 dogs were cryo-preserved and 17 cryo-preserved thyroids-parathydoids were transplanted. The histological appearance of the organs was still normal after they had been preserved for 84 hours. The grafts which had been cryo-preserved for 48 hours functioned normally. The results of the study show that the non-perfusion method of graft is feasi-ble.更多还原
