【摘要】 对乳腺疾病713例冷光透照检查的体会,对其方法、图象进行了分析。经病理检验的310例,总符合率为91.6%(284/310),其中乳腺良性疾病符合率为92.8%(180/194),可疑和误诊的7.2%(14/194);恶性符合率为89.6%(104/116),恶性可疑和误诊10.4%(12/116)。冷光透照乳腺疾病是乳腺癌初步筛选和术前检查的有用方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 713 cases of breast disease were examined by cold light transillumination.The method and the image were analyzed.310 cases were examined histologically,the correct rate was 91.4%(284/310).Of these,the correct rate of benign tumours was 92.8%(180/194),7.2% (14/194)was dubious and mistaken.The correct rate of malignant tumours was 89.6%(104/ 116),10.4%(12/116)was mistaken.The correct rate obviously related to the size of the tumour and the examination technique.There was no relation with the pathological type.The author berieves that the transillumination is a useful method for screening the breast cancer and making the properation examination.更多还原
