低能耗MDEA脱碳新工艺进展

【摘要】 阐述了MDEA脱碳的主要优点及脱碳原理,提出了主要工艺条件及技术指标。结果表明,采用MDEA脱碳,可使净化气中CO2含量<1 00ppm,最低可达5ppm;CO2回收率>99%,回收的CO2纯度>99.8%。

【Abstract】 The main advantages and principles of the MDEA carbon dioxide removal process are described in the paper.The process conditions and technical data are also presented.After CO2 removal the CO2 content in the purified gas is less than 100 ppm (minimum 5 ppm); the recovery of CO2 is above 99% and the purity of CO2 recovered exceeds 99.8%.This will benefits the CO2 balances in the ammonia synthesis unit and methanation system as well as the improvement of the middle and small sized ammonia plants.
