一段法F-T合成铁/活性炭反应性能的研究——Ⅰ.工艺条件的考察
Study on the reactivity of iron/activated carbon for one stage F-T synthesis I.Investigation on the reaction conditions
【摘要】 考察工艺条件(反应温度、反应压力、原料气空速及原料气氢碳化)对催化剂F-T反应性能的影响。认为活性炭担载的铁催化剂与经典的熔铁和沉淀铁催化剂相比具有反应活性高,时空烃收率大,产物中烯烃多,且适用原料气氢碳范围宽等特点。产物分布服从Schulz-Flory分布。
【Abstract】 The effects of reaction conditions such as temperature , pressure, hourly space velocity and H2/ CO ratio of the feed syngas on the reactivity of iron/activated carbon catalyst for one stage F-T synthesis have been investigated. The results show that the catalyst has excellent performances, good reactivity, high productive rate, larger amount of olefin product and good suitability for broad range of H2/CO ratio compared with the traditional catalysts. The product distribution follows the Schultz-Flory rule.
