在低铑催化剂上由合成气合成乙醇的研究

【摘要】 报导了在含0.1%~1.0%Rh的负载型催化剂上合成乙醇的结果。考察了反应条件对产物生成选择性和C2+含氧化合物时空产率的影响,还进行了催化剂寿命试验。试验结果表明,在280~300℃、3.0MPa、25000~38000ml/gCat·h条件下,在含0.5%~1.0%Rh催化剂上C2+含氧化合物的生成选择性达80%,C2+含氧化合物的时空产率达400~450g/kgCat·h,催化剂经1200h连续运转,稳态活性和选择性均未发现衰减,液相产物的分析及反应后催化剂铑含量的测定,没有发现铑的流失现象。

【Abstract】 Results of ethanol synthesis from syngas on supported catalysts containing 0.1% ~1.0% Rh are presented in the article. Under 280℃,3.0MPa and SV = 30000 - 38000ml/gCat · h,a selectivity of more than 80% and a yield of 400~450g/kg-Cat · h, for C2+ oxygenates can be achieved. Over a catalyst of 1% Rh,on decreases of catalytic activity and selectivity were found after syngas reaction for 1200 hours. The catalyst was sampled and analyzed for Rh content after 600 hours on stream,and the rhodium content of the catalyst was found to be practically the same as the initial value. Also the analysis showed no rhodium detected in the condensed liquid product from reaction and no rhodium loss found during the life-test of the catalyst.
