【Abstract】 A review on carbon-13 NMR of saccharides in saponins was given with more than 10 references. It concluded in great detail some rules on numbers. configuration, confomation and linkage-position of saccharides and numbers of their chains. It reviewed the advance of carbon-13 NMR on the stability of glycosidic bond and conformation and the sequence of linkage.更多还原
