【摘要】 对100例哮喘患儿进行淋巴细胞亚群及体液免疫功能检测。结果表明:哮喘发作组与正常对照组比较CD₃⁺及CD₈⁺明显下降;CD₄⁺、CD₂₀⁺及CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺比值明显上升,IgE明显上升,IgG明显下降。缓解组细胞及体液免疫各指标均随病情好转趋向正常范围。脱敏治疗前与对照组比较各指标变化与哮喘发作组相近。脱敏治疗后CD₃⁺、CD₄⁺、CD₈⁺及CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺比值均与对照组无统计学差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The percentage of lymphocyte subpopulations bearing CD₃⁺, CD₄⁺, CD₈⁺, CD₂₀⁺phenotypic markers and the humoral immunity were determined in 100 children with asthma. It was found that the percentage of CD₃⁺, CD₈⁺ cells and the IgG level dec-reased significantly in patients with asthma, while the percentage of CD₄⁺, CD₂₀⁺, theCD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ ratio and the IgE level increased significantly as compared to the normalcontrol. With the improvement of the illness, their cellular immune response and thehumoral immunity tended to resume normal levels. Before deallergization, the cellu-lar and humoral immunity were similar to the asthmatic group, however, after dea-llergization, the CD₃⁺, CD₄⁺, CD₈⁺ and CD₄⁺/CD₈⁺ ratios turn to become normal with-out any significant statistic differences.更多还原
