【摘要】 对96例慢性肾功能不全患者及52例健康对照组进行甲状腺激素测定,其中代偿期42例,失代偿期（氮质血症期）27例,尿毒症早期18例,尿毒症晚期9例。除代偿期T₃、T₄水平与对照组相比无统计学意义外,其它各期T₃、T₄水平均较对照组为低,有非常显著性差异,TSH水平各期与对照组相比无统计学意义,且患者均无甲状腺疾病症状,符合正常甲状腺功能病态综合征的表现。肾功能不全早期出现低T₃综合征,晚期出现低T₃、T₄综合征。低T₃、T₄综合征的出现可作为判断病情危重指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum T₃T₄ and TSH levels in 96 cases of chronic renal insufficiency and in 52 normal adults were examined. Of them, 42 cases were of vicarious stage, 27 invicarious stage, 18 early stage of urinemia and 9 advanced stage of azotemia. All were in keeping with euthyroid sick syndrome （ESS） and without thyroid diseases.There was no statistic significance （P>0.05） in the comparison between T₃T₄ levels in vicarious stage and control group, in other stages there was significance （P<0.01）. Furthermore, there was no significance statistically. When TSH levels in all stages were compared with the control group. It was shawn that low T₃ syndrome appeared in the early stage of chronic renal insufficiency, low T₃T₄ syndrome in the advanced stage of chronic renal insufficiency, It was concluded that the onset of lowT₃ T₄ syndrome might be taken as a sign in estimating the severity of the illness.更多还原
