多种农药的暴露与不良妊娠结局的灰关联分析

【摘要】 用灰关联分析方法,对一个农村确定人群中妇女孕期家中用的13种农药与6种不良妊娠结局的关系进行了研究。结果表明,农药稻瘟净和叶蝉散与不良妊娠结局关系最密切,前者的综合作用指数为0.7132,后者为0.6181,而其它农药多在0.4~0.5之间;农药的综合作用对自然流产和出生缺陷影响最大,两者的出现指数各为0.924 7和0.4505,而死胎和晚期新生儿死亡分别为0.07186和0.1630,说明农药的主要作用可能在妊娠早期。灰关联分析方法计算简便,是一种易于应用于分析多种原因与多种结果的联系的方法。

【Abstract】 Using grey-correlation analysis ,the relationship of woman exposure to 13 kinds of pesticides in a defined population during the period of pregnancy with 6 adverse pregnancy outcomes was studied. The results showed that pesticides kitazin and mipcin were most closely related to the adverse pregnancy outcomes. The index of combined effect of the former was 0. 713 2 and that of the latter was 0. 618 1 while almost all of the indices of other pesticides were only 0. 4-0. 5. Under the combined effect of multiple pesticides ,the incidence rate of. spontaneous abortion and birth defect was the highest (0. 924 7 and 0. 450 5 respectively). In contrast .that of fetal death and late neonatal death was only 0. 078 6 and 0. 163 0, respectively. This means, in our opinion , that exposure to multiple kinds of pesticides during earlier stage of pregnancy was more hazardous. Consequently, the grey-correlation analysis is a method simple in construction and easy to employ in the study of association of multiple causes with multiple results.
