中空纤维端部闭合方法的探讨

【摘要】 本研究采用新的电热切割封头法。此法特点是切割丝束与堵塞纤维孔同时完成。纤维只要能熔断,孔就能堵塞,而且丝与丝之间的粘合力小,只需用手轻轻捏搓就能彼此分离,为离心浇铸创造良好条件。实践证明,此法既能提高产品质量,又能简化操作,减少工时,减少环境对丝束的污染,同时还能节省原材料。

【Abstract】 A new end occlusion method with electric-heat cuttor was introduced.The characteristics of this method lay in the simutaneous performance of the hollow fibre cutting and occlusion.If the hollow fibre was melt off,the end lumen of the hollow fibre can be occluded.Furthermore the adhesive force between hollow fibres was small,it can be separated by slight force with fingers.The separated fibers were good for centrifugal potting.Experimental results shown that this method can in- creases quality,simplify operation,decrease operation time,eliminate hollow fibre pollution from surrounding environment and it can also save raw materials.
