【Abstract】 The properties of mercerized linen are discussed in the paper.The relationships between the concentration of caustic soda which is used for mercerization,barium number and rate of dyeing of mercerized linen and also the effects of mercerization on shrinkage,strength and handle of mercerized linen are studied.The results showed that the character of mercerized linen is far different from that of cotton。更多还原
