涤棉织物应用NS—85与PVA混合浆合理配比的探讨
Research on the Reasonable Ratio of NS-85 to PVA in Polyester-Cotton Warp Sizing
【摘要】 通过大量实验及小样生产试织论证,认为涤棉65/35纱线用 NS—85与 PVA混合浆上浆,其混合比例为 NS—85/PVA=(100:50)～(100:35)较为理想,可提高浆纱质量,降低浆料成本,增加企业的经济效益。
【Abstract】 We draw a conclusion that the best proportion of NS-85 in NS-85/PVA in starting 65/35 yarns with Ns-85 and PVA blending size is 66.7～74.1 percent through a number of experiments.This proportion raises the quality of sized yarns,cuts the cost of sizing ma- terial,and increases the profit of enterprises as well.
