YBa2Cu3O7-δ高 Tc 超导体临界行为的比热研究
Specific Heat Study of Critical Behavior for YBa2 Cu3O7-δ High-TC Superconductors
【摘要】 本工作用绝热连续加热法测量了陶瓷YBa2Cu3O7-8高Tc氧化物超导体在80～210 K温区的比热。通过对在Tc附近比热跃变的临界行为分析,得出比热临界指数a=-1.4。
【Abstract】 The specific heat of ceramic high.Tc superconductor YBa2 Cu3 O7-8 is measured in the temperature range of 80～210 K with an adiabatic continuous heating method. Critical behavior analysis is successfully applied to the specific heat jump near Tc, which identifies the critical exponent a=-1.4.
