模压铸造C/Al复合材料
THE CARBON FIBER REINFORCED ALUMINUM COMPOSITE FABRICATED BY SQUEESE CASTING
【摘要】 采用经表面改性处理的国产中强碳纤维,研究在大气条件下模压铸造C/Al复合材料的工艺条件,结果表明,把改性碳纤维预制块置于模腔,压力铸入ZL102铝合金,可获取C/Al复合材料试样和结构工件,其抗拉强度可达400MPa。此外还讨论了工艺参量对复合材料性能的影响和材料的断裂机理。
【Abstract】 The technology of squeese casting to fabricate carbon fiber reinforced alumium composite is investigated in the paper. The preform of carbon fiber coated with SiO2 is set in a metal mould and then the melted aluminum alloy (ZLIO2) is squeesed into the mould to obtain the C/Al composite and designed parts. The strength of the C/Al composite fabricated by this technology is about 400MPa. The influence of technical parameters on properties of C/Al composites and the fracture mechanism of the compositc are discussed.
