【摘要】 目前国内的SPICE中仅有器件级模型库,没有集成电路宏模型库。通过剖析,构想了在SPICE电路通用分析程序中建立宏模型库的方法,建立了含有7个宏模型的模型库。该模型库不要求使用者具有建模知识,就能利用库中宏模型分析含有集成电路的系统,且源程序编写简单。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studies the establishment of an intergrated circuit macromodel library in normal circuit analysis program SPICE. So far there has been only device-level model library, but no macromodel library in the SPICE in our country. On the based on the analysis of SPICE, the method of setting up IC macromodel library in SPICE is constructed. Furthmore, we built a macromodel library With seven macromodels. The advantage of the model library is that people without background knowledge of setting up model can use the macromodel in the model library to analyse the circuit system containing IC.
