弹性连杆机构低阶谐振现象共振理论解释

【摘要】 用广义有限元方法建立弹性连杆机构振动分析模型,首次提出了频率几率的概念。运用此概念,结合共振理论可以较完满地解释弹性连杆机构的低阶谐振现象。

【Abstract】 The viewpoint that the lower order resonance phenomenon (LORP) of elastic linkages is caused by the n order compoent of inertia force has been accepted. Based on studies, we find that this viewpoint conflicts with the experimental results in the frequency and the amplitude of stress responses. In this paper, the special model to analyse the fundamental frequency and the stress responses of elastic linkages is set up. By means of studing the frequency density λ_t, the LORP can be explained reasonably with the resonance theory, that is, at certain speed ω the frequency density λ_t is at maximum, when the input crank speed is equal to ω the LORP will be produced.
