【Abstract】 353 cases of intraeranial tumors were treated by surgery in recent five years in our hospital. The operative mortali ty-decreased from 28.9 -to 6.2％ as compaired with ten years ago. Our experience showed that a properly designed incision, adequate exposure of operative field,skiUed manipulation and the highest possible removal of entire turner are the key points to successful operation.
