【Abstract】 This article reported a clinical analysis of 76 cases of viral hepatitis in patients over 60 years old hospitalized in our hospital in recent 11 years, The clinical features were summarized as follows: (1)the incidence of viral hepatitis type A was obviously low; (2)most of the patients were of chronic hepatitis; (3)hepatitis B virus infection was the main cause for chronic hepatitis;(4)manifesting as an insidious clinical course; (5)a high incidence and with a severe degree of jaundice; (6)an extensive and severe impairment of liver functions; (7)a high incidence and mortality of severe hepatitis; (8)a high incidence of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis; (9)having more complications and concomitant symptoms.更多还原
