【摘要】 应用国产氨吡酮针剂对62例心功能不全患者治疗10天的临床观察结果,表明静脉用氨吡酮对各种原因心衰病人治疗显效率为29.1％,有效率为53.2％,总有效率为82.3％。其副反应有血小板减少、肾功能恶化等。结论:国产氨吡酮针剂作为一种非洋地黄甙类、非儿茶酚胺类强心剂,可安全有效地治疗大多数心衰患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sixty-two patients with heartfailure were treated with intravenous amrinone. The total effective rate was 82.3% In rare instances, the side effects, such as deterioration of renal function and decrease in platelet count were seen, 0.5～1.0mg/kg in 10～20ml of physiological saline is suggested to be used intravenously within 5～10 minutes followed by 5～10μg·kg^-1/min 180 ml of physiological saline drip infusion once a day, over a period of 6 hours for 10 days.更多还原
