西洋参不同器官过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性

【摘要】 西洋参红果期过氧化物酶(POD)的比活力高低顺序为叶>茎>果肉>种子>根;过氧化氨酶(CTS)的顺序为茎>果肉>种子>根>叶。果实发育过程中种子蛋白持续增长,POD及CTS比活下降,但果肉POD比活下降更迅速,CTS比活则持续上升。

【Abstract】 The active ratio of peroxidase (POD) of the red fruit, of American Ginsengwas in leaf. stem,flesh,seed and root order; Catalase (CTS) was in stem. flesh,seed, root and leaf order. The seeded protein in the period of fruit developmet was increased confinuouly.How ever,active ratio between POD and CTS were decreased.the active of POD offlesh was w decreased rapidly. The active ratio of CTS was increased unceasingly.
