【摘要】 本文对广西武鸣华侨农场35～59岁自然人群随机抽样4158人,自1982年11月至1988年11月连续六年进行疾病监测及死亡情况登记进行总结,发现心脑血管疾病及恶性肿瘤是危害当地人群的主要疾病.心脑血管疾病中主要为肺心病,次之为脑血管病,后者多为脑出血.恶性肿瘤中以肝癌最显著,占全死因的28%(24/85),占恶性肿瘤62%(24/39).此外,还对上述两类疾病的可能诱因进行初步讨论.更多还原

【Abstract】 4158 peoples at the age of 35 and 59 years at Wuming Overseas Farm in Guangxi were randomly selected for the disease supervising and death rcgistcration from November,1982 to November,1988.It was found that the cardio—cerebral vascular diseases and malignant tumors were the main illness.Cor pulmonale was the most common one of the cardio—cerebral vascular diseases,cerebral vascular diseases was the next.Hepatic carcinoma was the main malignant tumor,covering 28%(24/85)of all death population and 62%(24/39)of all malignant tumors.Moreover,the precipitating factors of above—mentioned diseases were discussed in brief.更多还原
