巯基棉分离—分光光度法测定人发中稀土总量

【摘要】 本文提出了用巯基棉吸附分离,用对马脲酸偶氮氯膦显色测定人发中痕量稀土总量的方法。研究了巯基棉吸附和解吸的条件。用该方法测定了人发中的痕量稀土总量。实验表明,巯基棉的吸附率达95%,标准误差为0.043,变异系数小于6.2%,而稀土的回收率在92—102%之间。研究了17种阳离子的干扰情况,Fe3+干扰严重,加入NH4F和H2C2O4即可消除其干扰。

【Abstract】 This paper describes a method for determining trace rare earth in hairs with CPA-pHA after sulphdrylated cotton absorption. The conditions of sulphdrylated cotton absorption and desorption are studied. This method has been used to determine trace rare earth in hairs. Experiments show that the efficiency of sulphdrylated cotton absorption reaches 95%, standard deviation is 0.043, variation coefficients are less than 6.2%, and the rate of recovery of rare earth is in the range of 92-102%. The interference of seventeen sorts of cations is investigated, and the serious interference of Fe(3+) can be eliminated by adding NH4F and H2C2O4.
