This paper reports on the efficacy of interval hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and hydrotubation (monthly, 3 times) by comparison of HSGs before and after treatment in 54 infertile women with tubal obstruction (containing 102 fallopian tubes). Tubal patency improved in 86 out of 102 tubes (84%) after treatments (P<0.01), including 56 tubes completely patent (54.9%). Sixteen obstructive tubes remained unchanged (16%).
