12种小分子肽对大鼠离体黄体细胞孕酮生成的影响
Effect of Synthetic Small Peptides on Progesterone Production by Rat Corpus Luteal Cells
【摘要】 用放射免疫分析法测定大鼠离体黄体细胞孕酮含量,观察了人工合成的12种小分子肽对大鼠黄体细胞的影响。结果表明,Gly-Tyr-NH2和Gly-Ser-Lys 有抑制黄体细胞基础孕酮分泌作用,还抑制hCG 诱导的孕酮分泌;Lys-Tyr-NH2,Thr-Ser-Lys,Gly-Tyr-Lys 抑制hCG 诱导的孕酮分泌;(Gly-Tyr)2=Lys 则增强基础及hCG 诱导的孕酮分泌;其余6种小分子肽(Gly-Gly,Gly-D—Tyr,Tyr-D—Tyr,Thr-Ser-Tyr,Thr-Asn-Tyr-Thr-NH2,Tyr-Tyr-His-Lys-Ser),对大鼠黄体细胞孕酮分泌没有影响。同时讨论了其构效关系及可能的作用机制。
【Abstract】 The effects of 12 synthetic small peptides on progesterone(P)production in corpus lu-teal cells were investigated by RIA.The results showed that Gly-Tyr-NH2 andGly-Ser-Lys inhibited both basal and hCG-induced(P)production,Lys-Tyr-NH2,Thr-SerLys and Gly-Tyr-Lys decreased only hCG-induced(P)production,(Gly-Tyr)2=Lys enhan-ced basal as weU as hCG-induced(P)production,and the others(Gly-Gly,Gly-D-Tyr,Thr-Ser-Tyr,Thr-Asn-Tyr-Thr-NH2,Tyr-Tyr-His-Lys-Ser)exhibited no significantinfluence on(P)production by rat luteal cells.The structure-bioactivity relationshipwas also discussed.
