新一代重整催化剂 CB-7的工业应用

【摘要】 CB-7是石油化工科学研究院和长岭炼油化工厂近年开发的新一代重整催化剂。1990年,CB-7重整催化剂在两套工业装置上开车成功,取得的工业操作数据与中型试验结果很一致。工业运转结果表明,反应温度提高1℃,芳烃产率提高0.44个百分点,脱戊烷油收率下降0.28个百分点,显示出 CB-7重整催化剂活性和芳构化选择性良好;再生后催化剂活性恢复到新鲜催化剂水平,体现出良好的再生性能;整个运转周期的结果表明,催化剂的稳定性优良。CB-7重整催化剂具有显著的经济效益,目前正在迅速推广应用。

【Abstract】 CB-7 is a new generation reforming catalyst developed by RIPP and Changling Refinery in recent years.It has been used in two commercial reformers since 1990 with the commercial data conforming well with the pilot plant results.The results show that for each 1℃ increment of reaction temperature, the aromatics yield increases by 0.44wt% and the C6+ yield drops by 0.28wt%,indicating that CB-7 reforming catalyst offers the highest commercially available activity and aromatization selectivity.The activity of regenerated catalyst is as high as the fresh catalyst,showing that the regeneration perfor- mance of CB-7 is excellent.Long period operation indicates that CB-7 catalyst is of high stability.The use of this catalyst can significantly increase the profit ability of the reforming unit and is now widely used in various refineries.
