【摘要】 本文对1988年—1990年用离子型或非离子型造影剂行下肢静脉造影90例病人进行了比较研究。分别观察了两种造影剂的副反应、反应情况、程度和片子显影质量,并作了比较。讨论了副反应的原因及分类(即特异质反应与物理化学反应)。由于非离子型造影剂价格较高,考虑到效用/价格比例的原则,参照国内近年召开的非离子型造影剂临床试用研讨会关于非离子型造影剂选用原则建议,对四肢血管造影选用非离子型造影剂的原则提出自己的见解。更多还原

【Abstract】 90 cases of phlebography of the lower extremity using ionic/non—ionic (Ultravist—240) contrast medium were performed from 1988 to 1990, and a comparative study about the contrast medium was made. The side effects, severity of the reactions and film quality regarding the two types of contrast medium were analysed and a comparison was made. The causes and classification of the side effects were discussed. In considering the relative high cost of the nonionic contrast medium and the suggestions made on the national seminar about the clinical application of the nonionic contrast medium, the authors’ opinion about the principles for usage of the non—ionic contrast madium on phlebography was presented.更多还原
