【摘要】 本文报告主肺动脉窗5例。主要X线表现是:肺血明显增多,心脏明显增大,呈二尖瓣型,主动脉结正常,肺动脉段明显突出并延长。双心室及左心房增大,以左心室增大为主;心导管检查对其诊断具有重要价值。在讨论中,重点指出本病与动脉导管未闭和室间隔缺损的鉴别。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five cases of aortopulmonary window were reported. The main X—ray manifestations of this disease are: Severe degree of plethora,heart markedly enlarged with mitral type in configuration,the aortic arch is normal, pulmonary segment markedly prominent with elongation. Both ventricles and left atrium are enlarged but the enlargement of left ventricle is prominent. The catheterization data have important value in the diagnosis of this lesion. The important points of differentiation from PDA and VSD are discussed.更多还原
