用光弹性法研究弹性体平面多点接触问题
RESEARCH ON ELASTOMER PLANAR MULTIPOINT CONTACT PROBLEM WITH PHOTOELASTIC METHOD
【摘要】 应用光弹性法研究了类似特殊螺纹连接的弹性体平面多点接触问题,探索了平面多点接触问题的光弹性模型的制作技术和试验方法,并研究了在轴向拉伸载荷作用下齿的接触压力和模型内部的应力分布规律.结果表明,在轴向拉伸载荷作用下,齿的接触压力沿轴向呈对称分布,内部应力主要是由弯曲引起的轴向拉应力.
【Abstract】 The elastomer planar multipoint contact problem similar with special threaded connection of casing and tubing in petroleum industry was studied with photoelastic experiment method. The test model preparation and test method for photoelastic experiment were developed. The contact pressure under axial tension and the stress distribution in the model were studied. An effective testing method was proposed to study the effect of different special threaded connections on the strength and sealing of casing and tubing for various structures and loads. The result showed that the contact pressure distribution in axial direction is symmetric. The internal stress is axial tension caused by bending.
