【摘要】 总结了裸鼠饲养繁殖与裸鼠实验研究二部分的屏障设施及其管理经验,包括无菌隔离器、层流架、洁净间、过滤帽鼠盒、高压蒸气消毒器等设备的布局,使用方法与检测要求。实践表明,建立小型屏障系统加之必需的辅助设备,可以完成裸鼠的扩大生产,并进行高水平的实验研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper recommends experience on both production and experiment of nudes. It includes distribution of facilities, using method and monitoring requirement on isolators, lamina air flow units, clean room, plastic cages with sealed air filter and autoclaves. The results indicate that when the small scale farrier system and essential equipments had been set up, mass production of nude mice and the high-quality experimental studies can be carried out.更多还原
