【摘要】 本文动态观察了磷酸羟基哌喹(HQPQ)对实验性大鼠矽肺支气管肺泡冲洗液(BALF)中细胞学改变的影响。结果表明在使用HQPQ期间BALF中肺泡巨噬细胞破坏较少,体积增大,吞噬粉尘数目多,停药后细胞破坏增加,大细胞消失。结合生化和扫描电镜观察结果,此期肺Ⅱ型细胞重新增生增殖,BALF中肺表面活性物质增加。说明HQPQ不仅可以保护肺泡巨噬细胞,而且还影响肺表面活性物质的代谢,提示应用该药治疗矽肺病时,连续用药,效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of hydroxyl piperquine on cells in bronchoalveolar fluid of rat treated with quartz were studied. The results showed that alveolar macrophages became larger in size in the course of taking hydroxyl piperquine than those in quartz group. After stopping using hydroxyl piperquine, alveolar macrophages broke into pieces and larger alveolar macrophages disappeared. This revealed that hydroxyl piperquine could protect alveolar macrophages from being damaged by quartz.更多还原
