【Abstract】 This paper reported the results of mutagenicite and teratogenicitic tests of Kangkuning. They showed that Kangkuning did not induce positive mutations of strains (TA₉₈ and TA₁₀₀) with or without S₉ mix in the Ames test; there was no increase of micronucleus rate of polychromatic erythrocytes in mouse marrow; It did not increase morphological abnormality rate of sperm in mice; Kangkuning did not have teratogenises.更多还原
