110K单相Bi系超导体的制备
Preparation of 110K single phase Bi-bascd superconductor
【摘要】 采用普通固态反应法制备了名义组分为 Bi2.0-xPbxSr1.9Ca2.2Cu3.3Oy 超导体.对样品进行了物相分析、电阻率及磁化率测量.XRD 分析表明:富 Ca 富Cu 有利于高 Tc 相的形成,并且获得了高 Tc 单相样品。交流磁化率曲线测量表明:样品的低温区转变台阶位于85~95K 之间.且2212相的 Tc 随氧含量、组分、工艺等因素变化.
【Abstract】 The superconductors with nominal composition of Bi2.0-x Pbx Sr1.9 Ca2.2 Cu3.3 Oy are prepared by solid-state reaction method.The samples have gone through phase analyzing,the measurments of resistence and a.c.susceptibility.XRD indicates that rich-Ca,Cu is beneficial to form the highcr-Tc phasc;it is of very good quality.The measurment of a.c.susceptibility suggestes that the transition step at a lower temperature rang varied from 85K to 95K.It is believed that ‘2212’ phase’s Tc would vary with oxgen content,composition and condition.
