CH2Cl2对PC和PE液晶结构的影响机理
On the influence of CH2Cl2 on the PC and PE Liquid-crystal structure
【摘要】 采用小角 x 射线散射法(SAXS)研究了 CH2Cl2分别对磷脂酰胆碱(PC)和磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)液晶结构影响的机理。通过比较得知,CH2Cl2对PC 和 PE 液晶结构影响不同之处,主要是 PC 和 PE 结构不同所致。在 CH2Cl2的作用下,PC 液晶态从 Lβ相经过 Lα相最后变成 LH。而 PE 液晶态却从 Lβ相经过 Lα相最后变成 HⅡ相。说明电偶极矩 M≠0的物质有使“棒状”的 PC 液晶态形成片层六角形的机理,对“锥状”的 PE 液晶态却有诱发其形成 HⅡ相的机理。
【Abstract】 This treatise introduces the research results in using the method of SAXS(the small angle X-ray scattering)for investigating the influence of CH2Cl2on the liquid-crystal structure of phosphatidylcholinc(PC)and phosphatidylcthanclamine(PE).Experi- ments show the following phenomena:the influcnce of CH2Cl2on the PC liquid-crystal structure is different from the influence of CH2Cl2on the PE liquid-crystal structure in that the PC structure is different from the PE structure.Under CH2Cl2action,the PC liquid-crystal phase goes through Lx phase to change from Lβ phase into LH (lameller-hexagonal)phase.The results show clearly that the substance of moment of electric dipole μ=0 is the mechanism of forming 1,ameller-hexagonal on the“clubbed”PC liquid-crystal molecule and the mechanism of bringing out forming Hп phase on the“ta- per”PE liquid-crystal mloecule.
